There will be snacks, water, cartoons, and coloring books provided for them while they are waiting backstage. If your child is in both performances, you may bring dinner for him/her between shows.
There will be tickets available to purchase beginning on Saturday, May 23, 2026. Time to be announced. Ticket price: $29 - $40.00 (discount code given to parents with a student in 2+ shows. After the full price purchase for one show, there will be $10 discount tickets for additional shows) Seating is assigned and is sold on a first come first serve basis. Buy tickets early, to ensure that you receive the seats of your choice. There will be high quality programs for sale at the recital for only $15.00. You will have the opportunity to advertise in the program or put a dedication in it for your child. Prices for an advertisement or dedication will be available during the ticket sales.

DownloadRECITAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Our annual dance recital will be held on June 19, 2027, at the Smothers Theatre at Pepperdine University in Malibu. All students will have up until February 1, 2027, to join our studio and pay the registration and recital package payment. After this date, you will be charged a $15 late fee for the registration package. This is because all costumes will be ordered and there will be an additional shipping fee for your costume to be shipped separately.
Recital Package is due at time of registration. You may pay for the package in up to two payments.
Your Package Will Include: One recital costume, all recital rehearsals and childcare backstage at the dress rehearsal/recital. (West Hills students will also receive one studio apparel item)
IF YOUR CHILD DECIDES AFTER REGISTERING WITH OUR STUDIO THAT HE/SHE DOES NOT WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RECITAL, YOU MAY USE PACKAGE PAYMENT TOWARD DANCE CLASSES.
Your child will be measured in class and will have 2 inches added to the girth for growth. If you join the recital on or after March 1, 2027 your child may be required to take a minimum of two 30-minute private lessons in order to catch up with the class.

If your child takes a class labeled performing team, you will receive a pre-sale code

Your child will need to arrive dressed in their first costume and ready to perform with the correct shoes already on.
NO PARENT VOLUNTEERS - HIRED STAFF WILL WATCH THE KIDS BACK STAGE
They will always be with a hired adult staff member backstage.
No parents/grandparents etc. backstage. Students under 3 years old may have a preapproved parent backstage if needed
11:30-12:45 show 1 arrive at 10:45
2:15-3:15 show 2 arrive at 1:30
4:30-5:30 show 3 arrive at 3:45
Please feed your child before they arrive.
NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED BACKSTAGE
They should not bring ANY personal items backstage including a water bottle. We provide water bottles backstage
Costume rentals and Costume return information
Costume rentals will be given out one week before the show.
Costumes will be returned immediately following your child's show.
Please be patient while your child changes back into their own clothes and our staff collect the costumes.
Your child will need a change of clothes to go home in. Bring the change of clothes inside the bag your costume came in so that we can put the costume back into that bag after the show. NO extra shoes, they will go home in the dance shoes they came in.
DO NOT WASH, ALTER, SAFTEY PIN, TAKE OUT TAG OR PLAY IN COSTUME BEFORE OR AFTER THE SHOW. All costumes must be washed by hand by studio owner together.
If there is a sizing issue, you must contact Miss Holly. There will be a $15 per week late fee charged for any costumes not returned on time

Please let our staff know if your child's name is missing, misspelled, missing from a routine or added to a routine they are not in. A full list with last names will be posted at the studio for you to check spelling of their last name. If you are not sure which show your child is in, you are welcome to text or call Miss Holly, and she will let you know.

We offer an optional Halloween performance to all students each year. Low ticket prices and $25-$30 costume rentals. No extra rehearsals or dress rehearsal

We also offer an optional Holiday show to all students each year with low ticket prices and $25-$30 costume rentals. No extra rehearsals or dress rehearsal

We offer a version of the Nutcracker Ballet each year. All ballet students may participate. $100 participation fee and $25 costume rentals.
